Vaangae Anna (Come Brother): Puthandu Edition!
As a kickstart to our monthly gatherings, Vaangae Anna (Come Brother!) is excited to launch our pilot gathering to celebrate the Tamil New Year with our migrant brothers this April! Vaangae Anna: Puthandu Edition aims to provide all our participants the opportunity to form friendships with our migrant brothers and celebrate the New Year with them. Beyond this event, we hope these friendships will extend to our monthly gatherings organized for the Vaangae Anna community every last Sunday of the month!
During the event participants will:
1) Be involved in Kolam Competition
2) Engage in a pop-quiz activity where you will work together as a team to solve questions
3) Bond with fellow Singaporeans and Migrant Brothers over good Indian food!
There will also be a film screening after the event by the Indian Heritage Centre and all participants are encouraged to attend the screening together with our migrant brothers.
